Define Schengen Agreement

Schengen Agreement. A treaty among thirteen European countries that standardizes matters such as entry requirements for non-EU citizens (“uniform Schengen visa”), asylum matters, and cooperation on police and judicial matters. So named for the city in Luxembourg where it was signed.
