Define jet ski

jet ski. Originally, a one-person, motorized personal water vehicle on which the driver stands upright on ski-like pads. Newer models seat two or three riders. The term is a brand name and a trademark of the Kawasaki Corporation. The generic term for these craft is "personal watercraft."
